While soup was simmering, all of us went to see another house that is for rent. This one didn't fit, either. Then this evening we went to the park. I tried to steer us clear of the kid who was hacking up a lung from coughing so hard!

I'm dying to know--what's in pesto soup besides ground beef?
ReplyDeleteChicken broth, 1/2 cup of basil pesto (we use more:)), one can of tomato paste, cut up green beans, carrots, 1 leek (or onion), and the ground beef is mixed with garlic and salt and is in small meatballs. YUM.
ReplyDeleteWait.. it might just be 2 Tablespoons of tomato paste! That sounds more right, since the soup doesn't have any tomato flavor.
